  Pot-Luck Meal (meat provided, bring your favorite dish or desert)
  11:00 AM meet, greet, mingle
  12:00 PM lunch (dinner)
  12:30 PM take group/family pictures & clean-up
  01:00 PM mingle, check out family pictures & ancestry, games, fishing & swimming
  03:45 PM wrap-up, finish cleaning-up, goodbye's
